Die Sharpening Machine.
Die sharpening machine mod. RITMO is simple and compact. It has been designed to carefully sharpen label and envelope dies simply in your own plant.
The RITMO will avoid the need for duplicate dies and the loss of production waiting for outside sharpening services.
The RITMO offers you modern technology and all the operations are carried out mechanically:
- Surface grinding of dies to achieve accurate height, regrinding of any chipped cutting edges;
- Grinding keeping the correct level on the cutting edge with the abrasive belts;
- Regrinding of splitter knives attached to the die.
