Computerized envelope die press, is fully hydraulic and represents the latest technological advancement in envelope die cutting.
MAP operates by means of a microcomputer to automatically cut a complete lift of paper in one cycle. This computer is equipped with a floppy disc recorder to store any programme. A LCD clearly displays each selected operational sequence. Cuts can be made at any angle and any sequence desired by a die head revolving 360°.
The machine has a die centralized lubrication for clean cuts, longer die life. An oscillating device of cutting board prolongs nylon board life. Disappearing pneumatic indipendent clamps firmly grip the lift of paper on the cutting table. A considerable saving of paper is assured because the die cutting can come closer to the edge of the lift. Productivity is dependent on die size, number of cuts, type of paper and operator skill.
Experience has shown that, normally, it can range from 120.000 to 150.000 envelopes per hour. The machine can repeat its cutting positions with a maximum error of 0,025 mm. Die change is reduced to a few minutes and only one person is required to operate on the machine.
